Sure it does! <g>.  It's not in the main yahoo search engine but rather in
their groups section:  http://groups.yahoo.com/  (You have to get a yahoo
ID to join any of the groups -- follow the getting started instructions.
They don't make it *real* easy, but it's not too bad.)

There is also an endurance group:  http://groups.yahoo.com/group/endurance

And the CTR group:  http://groups.yahoo.com/group/horsesctr

And a whole bunch of other groups, horse related (like Tom Ivers'
Horsescience) and otherwise.
