Any ideas on how this would help shrink the melanomas?  And if these are the tip of the iceberg, and there are more inside the horse, could it be helping there as well?

job.  You are absolutely correct.  "Cimetidine is an agent used to block the
histamine-mediated secretion of acid in the stomach. It is also used to
treat/prevent stress-related and perhaps pheylbutozone related, ulcers in the
performance horse".
