Anne;
Calm down and look into the things you are talking
about. First the avenue for change is through the AERC Board of Directors
and through the AERC President. Now just you sit down and send them a nice
E-mail and ask for your change. Be constructive about it listing the pros
and cons of each method of listing the rides each month. Then consider that
it is not the paid office employees that have to make the changes, they have
no programming skills. It will be your Technical Committee Volunteers who
must do the work. Those couple of fellows (Russ and Mike) who are in the
background and hardly ever get a vote of thanks, let alone a good hug and
kiss from you women.
Now that you have taken your deep breath, cussed me
out, and at least thought of Russ and Mike, exactly what do you
want?
Bob
Yes, I hate it this
way, and have told them so , and will continue to do so. They said
allot of people like it, but I have yet to hear of one who does. It is a
pain to have to go looking on the following pages for the rest of the days
of a multi day. and some of the 3 or 4 day rides you never can find out if
they are 5 or what. They said it is allot of trouble to change it back. So
I guess all the trouble it causes the several thousand members of AERC ,
the REAL owners of the organization and
the Magazine is less important that the trouble of a few paid employees to
change it back. It falls on deaf ears. Annie

I feel the same way Amy. I would like to see it changed
back to the old
format.
