Jim,

Totally agree!  Pioneering spirit is why I ride.  Also, the horse caretaking under extreme athlectic conditions, in all kinds of terrain, in all weathers.  This is not, NOT a sport for softies and wimpys and those who don't handle stress well.  It does take years to feel comfortable in this sport and there are always going to be suprises...Hopefully more pleasant than not:)
