Rub Area On Side

I was riding a new horse this week.  My cinch buckle wore a patch the size
of a quarter in two areas.  It did not break the skin nor did it bleed.
It is not sensitive to the touch nor is it painful.  Yesterday, I rode her
with a different cinch and the area did great.

1. I was planning on riding her next week on a 50 miler.  I have never
taken a horse through a vet check that has this type of blemish.  She is
not in any discomfort over it, will the vets have any problem with type
injury.

2. Are there any products that I can use to protect this area or speed up
healing?
