Those Damn Generators
guest jgranch@whidbey.net
To Howard and others speaking like him, Some people need the generators to
support medical equipment. We try to lead
normal lives and do the same things others enjoy. I'm sorry if some of
you are offended at rides by our generator,
but I enjoy riding and being outdoors. We usually check with ride
managers on where to park so we won't bother
people. Be a little kinder and think before you are so quick to critize
some of us without knowing why we use generators.
Howard, why don't you ride your horse to the ride leave you Damn Deisel or
gas guzzler parked at home, roll out you bed
roll and sleep under the stars? We have parked outside of the ride areas
and rode several miles to rides when camps are
to small. But we were kept awake by the Howards of the world coming and
going all night for beer runs with their loud
Deisel rigs. This would help on pollution and keep the late night beer
parties to a minimum.
