She asked about a sponsor paying fees for a rider. I answered strictly in a
business sense. A viable business is allowed to pay whatever they want to a
sportsman for advertising - horse, entry fees, pay the rider, etc.

I thought the question dealt with wearing a t-shirt with advertising on it;
not merely riding someone else's horse with the ride entry paid by the
horse's owner.
