Been there, done that!
I have threatened several times to send various horses 'to France -- in
quarters.'
Also have chanted "1.10 a pound, 1.10 a pound, 1.10 a pound" as that's what
horsemeat is currently going for in Texas.
Everybody please brand your horses! Rustling horses has never been so
profitable. >>
I like to carry a can of ALPO with me when I ride. If the horse acts up, you
can always show it the can as if to say, "This could be you." If all else
fails you can always throw the can at the horse. : ) I'm kidding. You
could ruin a perfectly good can of dog food that way. TIC.
