Kerrits

Seems like this is the place to remark on vendor/supplier habits.

I bought a pair of Kerrits riding pants from Newmarket Saddlery in Plano. 
They had a pin hole in one leg when I bought them and after 2 washes the 
stitching started to come out of the waist band.

So I called Kerrits and they said send them back for repair or replacement, 
because that was not supposed to happen. They did not bitch, whine, or moan.

I got a new pair back today. Same size and colour.

I'm a happy camper.
