No, it doesn't bounce.  It has a sternum strap in addition to the waist 
strap.  The sternum strap goes just below (or right over--depending) your 
boobs and keeps the pak close to your body.  It is very comfortable to wear.  
It does kind of slosh as it gets more empty, but that's a noise thing not a 
bounce thing.  I have ride art least a couple hundred training miles in it, 
with no problems.   jeri
