Half-chaps that fit

A local (high-end) tack shop ordered half-chaps for me that fit even my
legs.

Not only are my legs short, but my left calf is a full inch larger around
(from a lifetime of operating a clutch, I guess -- can't blame it on
mounting) than the right calf.  So I need some elastic to be able to wear
the same size chaps on both legs.

The chaps are made by Grand Prix, and they cost about $85.  Mine are size
medium (15" calf) but only 16" high.  I *think* that Millers is the
distributor.
