breastcollar rubbing

has anyone (aside from my husband) had problems with their breastcollar
rubbing and causing the skin to have "wrinkles" on their horses "breast"?
This seems to happen on the 100 milers...... Just noticed today, monday,
following the Tevis. Husband did not notice it there on Sunday.
