Gu is not the best thing to have on rideweekends, its just crabs which your
body goes threw alot quicker. The best thing to have is not just carbs but
proteins also. I learned that the hard way last year at a ride when I did'nt
eat all day and was living on Gadoraide and GU well I finished and ended up
getting sssssooooo sick at the awards that I threw up... It was really nasty
I cant drink gatoraide anymore and I
eat at rides now, I cant stress the importants of eatting at a ride enough.
Your body must refuel or else by the end of the day if you have not eatten
your body will start eatting your own muscles in your body.
