Moving to Las Vegas area, need info

Moving to Las Vegas area later this year, to be near my
daughter.  Would like general info from any riders who 
live out that way.  Cost of hay?  Areas better or worse
for riding? Real estate costs? Any rider a real estate
agent?  Would be happy to work with you.  Will be buying
a place.  Hate subdivisions.  How far to I have to go out
to get a little privacy?   Limited budget.  Small cabin 
would be fine for me. Daughter lives in Henderson.
Mt Charleston area looks to be more to my liking but
all that found online was really pricey.
