Hey, horses LOVE to eat Kudzu.  I was toying with the idea of just having
one Kudzu vine, planted in a feeder...and the horse could eat all day
every day, keeping up with the approximate speed that the Kudzu grows. 
Could be the perfect answer to some of us folks who are short on acreage.
