Directors of the American Horse Shows Association (AHSA) met in
Lexington,
Kentucky, on Tuesday, July 10, 2001 and acting as the Voting Members of
the
corporation, voted to change the Certificate of Incorporation to reflect
a
new name:  USA Equestrian, Inc.
