RE: Ortho-flex woes

I may be in a simaliar situation I'm not sure yet.

 Anyone out there know Terry MacDonald-Barber from N. Idaho?  I purchased a
saddle off E-Bay and can't seem to get in touch with her. Except she says
she recieved my payment from the credit card and will ship.  That was June
28th. I asked for an e-mail to let me know when she shipped and a tracking
number but have heard nothing else. Also numbers listed for her in AERC are
non-operative.

I have lots of faith in the human race but this is my first dealings with
e-bay and I hope I'm not dissapointed.

Hello,

Has anyone been able to contact Ortho-flex in the last 2 months?  I
ordered a saddle in Feb., was told it would be shipped at the end of
April, the last contact I had was in late May and now nothing.  Len Brown
has posted a letter on the website but it's unhelpful.  I have filed
complaints with the MO BBB and atty general's office.  The bottom line?
They have my money, I have no saddle!  I'd appreciate hearing from anyone
else in a similar situation or who has additional info.  Thanks, N.
