Hi Kathy,

I don't have any loin rubbing with my SportsSaddle, but using the conversion 
so I can use a double buckle cinch to hold down the rear of the saddle really 
helps to stabilize it. I can't use it on my very round barreled Arab, (makes 
it slide forward) but it works great on my slab sided Paint. Stabilizing the 
rear of the saddle 'may' solve your problem.
I use a Skito pad.
