Fwd: RC: The Black Holes of Calcutta
Hi Bonnie: How long ago was it when the Horse was down on the Tevis Trail? I
was on the Tevis Ride many years ago when the same thing happened to me.
Could be the same ride your friend was on. Riders and Horses were stacked up
behind the down horse. My Horse "Pirate Loot" knew he was near the end of
the ride and very anxious to go on. Suddenly he jumped over a large bush
beside the trail and took a detour around the down horse. Sure caught me by
surprise and my legs were quivering so hard I thought I was going to fall
off. I was still shaking when we got to the finish. Ever since then I have
called this area of the Tevis "The Black Holes of Calcutta". This was way
before glow sticks. Bye Hope
