what seat size?

My husband is just starting to ride again and he can't make a real good 
judgement about what saddle fits him. What seat size would he probably take 
(western), he is 5'11", 220lb and his pants inseam is 32"? He will be posting 
in it (whether he likes it or not). Thanks.
