quarter crack question

Hi everyone
I am currently looking at a filly to purchase as a future endurance mount
but she has had a hoof injury a few months back which has now grown out as
a sort of crack down the back of her hoof.  the injury was to the
coronet - I was wondering whether this is going to increase her chances of
being unsound in future - any input from the experts?
