Hi all: Why go to the trouble of mixing your own electrolytes? Seems very 
costly considering all the running around {gas money} to find just the right 
ingredients not to mention weighing each ingredient for the very correct 
balance. Read John Lyons June 2001 article on Electrolytes. Lots of good
