OOOPS I wrote too soon. I checked with one virus web site and it is a
misunderstanding. There was a virus which was real and was in need of
deletion and this file got mixed up with it. The SULFNBK.EXE  is a
standard windows operating system file and need not be deleted (I'm
getting mine out of the recycling bin now).
Not a hoax but misinformation, according to Vmyths.com
