The quality of Don West's gear is very good but the customer service is
awful.  Even though we have the pommel bags, cantle bags and bigger
saddlebags (not all used at the same time!) I had a really bad
experience when I ordered dusters for my husband and myself.  It took
months to get them and whenever I called I was always told they had been
shipped.  They finally did arrive-long after the last pack trip of the
year and I had to dispute the charge on my credit card before I got any
action.  I had thought about getting a saddle for my Paso from them but
now would not even consider taking the chance.
