biothane alterations

I have a gorgeous, electric blue biothane halter/bridle that I would like to
convert to a sidepull. Does anyone know where I could send this to have this
done for a reasonable price? I'm not worried about having the same colors,
'cause the horse it's going to be used on will be in the colors red, white,
and blue. :) You can send the responses to me personally if so as not to
clog up the list. Thanks!
