Jim,

Not sure if I am the Michael you mean for a standard on-line form but I can 
certainly take a look at it after we get the 1984-1995 ride archives done.

I can take several of the ride specific entry forms on-line and put something 
generic together - then post to RC for comments.

What Russ and I have on the future list for on-line is 

1.  A form for ride entry   We would do simple checking - 
such as - is the AERC number for horse and rider a valid ID - and dues paid.

2.  This would e-mail a copy to the ride manager and the rider with no chances
of unreadable info - plus it would not complete until you have all the required
fields filled in.  

We probably would not check the total for correctness.  Plus - the manager 
would still need a way to get the release signed and the money...
