Re: RC: Water Bucket Shoulder
Linda - I may not have had the same reason but I had problems with first
one shoulder and doctor sent me to therapy, etc. which didn't help much
so I was just living with it and then the other shoulder started having
the same problem. I started taking plain old Knox Gelatin. Had it in my
tea very morning (one packet) and after a couple weeks I could lift my
arm above my head, zip a back dress zipper, sleep at night, etc. I
realize sounds simple but true. I stayed on it about a year (perhaps
that was not necessary) but have been off it now for about a month and so
recurrance so far but I will go right back on it if there is. Pain is
not fun.
