vet books in other countries

Hey, been searching the archives and can't find what I was
looking for. Someone posted a long time ago that in their
country (can't remember which ones either) that they carry
books to each ride for each horse. That book goes with the
horse to all rides and is updated along the ride. Anyone
remember who posted this, I thought at the time it was very
interesting and now want to read the posts again and can't
find them. I want to say it was someone in the UK or
France. If whoever posted reads this, could you post to me
privately?
