I put one on last year.  Because the 100 mile course had to split off very
quickly I had to have two different courses (5 different mileages).  So
there were actually two elevator rides.  A 25/50/75 or a 80/100.    If you
have a fax machine I can send you the information sheet I gave to the riders
which explained how everything worked.
