How about Khruschev? He's got much thicker skin, has hob-nobbed
with horses from all over the world, he has great charisma and
with a name like that would surely command respect....

Honestly, this is the kind of 'job' you have to REALLY REALLY
want. Maybe some day (like when hell freezes over) but for now
I'd much rather coach from the sidelines... and ride.
