IMHO.... this absolutely shud b standardized in all AERC Rides... No matter
how many riders enter at one time, no matter how few, competent or
incompetent PR takers there are... the rider does not get penalized. In our
area.... if the P&R people think someone is fudging after coming into P&R
Corral ... they go to the end of the line & check that horse first... Keeps
everyone "pretty honest"... Point is though.. if management errs in one
direction or the other... It should be for the rider, not against them. We
all know that races are won & lost in 1 or 2 minutes time...

I remember reading about this earlier and thinking it was a great idea.
Perhaps we should be more standardized? Anyone have any BAD experiences
with this method?
