My vet in Eastern WA said he could write me a vet certificate if he had seen my horse recently. It had been three months, and that time was for a spring virus, so I took her in. Cost about $15.00. I think he told me if he had seen her in the last month or so, he would write it without seeing her--same charge. Sounds like your vet needs a new truck or something. jeri
