Hi, Linda, y'oughta check out track racers that have babies that race for
several years, also.  They must have something good to stay sound and
winning enough to support their trainer's other babies for so long.  When I
went to Lynn Ashby's last year a gorgeous and fit horse was led by and I
commented, Lynn had me guess how old he was.  He had been racing and winning
for 9 years.  bb
