Depends on what chicken tastes like! I had chicken down in South America that did not taste like chicken in New York that did not taste like chicken in Boise. It tastes like cat.

Just got a new issue of Newsweek.  There's a piece in there titled
"Horse: The Other Red Meat" that says that in Europe horsemeat is in
greater demand than ever due to the fact that horses apparently do not
carry mad cow disease.  Mentioned that horsemeat prices in USA & Canada
are up 50% over last year.  In the past a rise in horsemeat prices has
meant a big increase in theft.  Just a heads up.
