Horsehair Tassles - Thank You Everyone

I'm the original poster about the tassles.  I just wanted to
thank everybody for helping me in my search for them.

Turns out that I found them at the annual Cowboy Poetry and
Music Festival that was in town this weekend!  There were
many tack vendors there, and three (that I found) were
selling the tassles so I picked some up while I was there.
