Impression Pad?

A friend of mine is having a terrible time with a saddle company that
doesn't seem to be able to make her new saddle to actually fit her horse!
She'd like to try that Impression Pad (I think that was the name) to see
where the saddle is not fitting.  Does anyone have info on this pad?  Is it
available in the No. TX area for her to try?  Thanks.
