If you want to use Panacur to deworm for encysted redworm larvae which is 
when you would use Panacur for 5 days you need the liquid panacur.  Can't 
remember what the brand name is in the US but you can also use Liquid 
Panacur 10% which is sold for cattle.  Dosage is 7.5mls per 100kg of 
bodyweight - sorry you'll have to translate that into imperial measure!
