Next generation helmets

Hi All,

      Was leafing through a recent Popular Science & saw a photo of 
bicylist's helmet (may be a prototype) by Qualcomm that supposedly had a cell 
phone & gps on board.  This is my idea of useful technology.  I would also 
like voice recognition to activate the gadgets & a drop down gps screen, plus 
a nice radio.  Does anyone have any info about this?
