OT - Horsehair tassles?

Hi,

Does anybody know how to either make, or where to buy,
horsehair tassles with which to decorate a bridle?

I've done an internet search and can't find anywhere to buy
them separately (without being attached to a bridle
already!) or directions how to make them.
