We are having a similar problem here in the UK because of the Foot & Mouth
epidemic we can't ride on the trails and some people depending on where they
leave can't even ride on the roads. So you've got lots of horses and ponies
jumping out of their skins.
I would give her ad-lib hay if you can and cut her grain ration drastically.
Give her some sugar beet pulp and some chaff (don't know what you call it
in the US) she needs plenty of fibre in her diet.
