I-40/I-75 thru Knoxville

Since endurance.net is down, I don't know if anyone has posted this yet or 
not.  Traffic update for travellers through Knoxville, particularly for 
those returning from  Leatherwood on 3/31.  I-40/I-75 through Knoxville 
will be closed on Sunday, April 1st due to construction.  TDOT is saying 
that the interstate should be reopened by noon, but we all know how well 
DOT stays on schedule.
