Hello-Am acquiring a 3bdrm/2ba 1600 sq ft home on 5 usable horse acres. Can ride down road [short trip-private dead end road] to trails that link up to tevis trail-Drew Barner park and can ride to Cool and Lake Folsom trails-across american river to Forresthill to truckee in summer. Am seeking long term individuals-no smoking-horse and dog okay. Steady income, referrences. Nice park like setting around house-large deck that I would like to put a hot tub on. I break/train/condition trail/endurance horses during the day and work nights 4-11. Don't smoke or party-like a quiet homelife with a good beer to relax with.
