Your right  we are way off endurance. The one big issue raised by a recent
article on the spread of Mad Cow in the Washington Post article was that while
all the definitions may be fine and dandy, there are virtually no inspections of
these facilities to make sure they are following the regulations. Without
inspection there are no regulations.
