For anyone who's interested, Lois and I have added a new
page to the ECTRA website.  I've agreed to write a (probably
monthly) column on subjects of interest to distance riders
and horsemen in general.  (Don't worry, Angie - no real 
competition yet!)  We're hoping that this will help
to attract greater interest as the ECTRA site develops as a
resource for all of us.

The first article has been posted, and we'd love to get
feedback!  Check it out - the link is at the bottom of the
