I would like to make a couple of corrections to Jerry's comments.  One is
that Virginia has indeed involved the Dept. of Natural Resources which
governs the state parks system in its trails efforts.  We even went so far
to help put on a trailriding retreat for the Director of DNR and his key
staff members last year.  They are our best buddies.
Secondly, just correcting my last name - I know its a tough one.  But hey,
we know Jerry was on good drugs that weekend.

Great summary Jerry.  Hope you are on the mend
