The fact that the chips are still there suggests that they are not resorbing. 
Tody they may not interfere with performance, but lay on a couple thousands 
miles and you may encounter big trouble. The cost of the horse is really 
immaterial--the cost of your blood sweat and tears is the real expense. Don't 
purchase someone else's misfortune.
