Nope, the first poster that replied on this topic is right--there can be 
different trajectories, speeds, and heights of falls, as well as trauma from 
hooves with horses (not a problem with bikes), etc.  So the designs ARE 
different.  But I'd rather see someone in a bike helmet on a horse than in no 
helmet at all.
