Helmet

Thought I'd join this thread. I have been wearing my helmet since I
started training Katie. I really hate it but I figured Katie is a young
wild mustang anything can happen. And I'm here alone and almost always
riding alone so I hope if I end up on the ground that at least maybe
I'll get home to call for help. Nobody around here seems to wear
helmets, not macho I guess. But I figure I don't have many brain cells
anyway, better keep what I have! Good to here pouring water on it helps
cool you down. I have the same heat problem when its hot, much rather be
