I wear mine ALWAYS --- & have been glad I did several times.  I ride a 
stallion now, so that gives me an extra incentive, but I always wore it with 
his dam & with his cousin before that.
Guess that's why I'm still here several years and several thousand miles 
later . . . 

Now that I have teens approaching driving age I'm even getting better about 
always wearing a seat belt (have to set a good example)!
