AERC Renewall

Hello Ridecampers,
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday, I sure did!!
Well I was just wondering about AERC Renewalls.
This will be my second year and I have no idea when
I should send in my renewall form. My first ride wont  be till Aprail
so I don't know when to do it.
Can any of you explain how it works.
